About

I’m an MD-PhD student and I am especially interested in basic science mechanisms of addiction and psychiatric disease and the application research to improving lives. Currently I’m researching songbirds, which I think are a wonderful model for studying imitative motor learning, and motor processing in general.

I enjoy lifting, eating out, podcasts, and I’m a comedy nerd.

I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it to keep up with this blog. If you like it, please follow me on twitter and share posts whenever it’s convenient. Also, if there are any topics you’d like for me to cover please send me an email about them.
